The company operates principally from its Head Office in Accra. The Liaison Office at Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) ensures the lifting of the company's assigned petroleum products to its distribution points and retailers. The operations of the company are divided into 3 territorial divisions:
- The Northern Territory with Kumasi as its office from where Ashanti, Northern, Upper East and Upper West Regions are serviced.
- The Southern Territory consists of the Greater Accra, Eastern and Volta Regions.
- The Western Territory consists of Western and Central Regions.
